The classes required to provide configuration support for SLA based rules will reside in the org.rioproject.sla package. Since these classes must be accessible by all service classloaders, they will be part of the rio module, whose primary artifact is rio.jar.

The supporting classes will be accessible via the the org.rioproject.core.ServiceElement class.
