1. Make sure Rio services are running
         * Run either:
               o Start all services in the same JVM: mvn rio:start-all
               o To start a Cybernode and a Provision Monitor in
their own JVMs: mvn rio:start-cybernode and rio:start-monitor
  2. Deploy the example
         * mvn rio:deploy
  3. View the deployed example
         * mvn rio:ui

There is no install step (mvn install), which I did run before step 2
(mvn rio:deploy) in order to make things work.
