When running Rio UI from a dir containing a space, the log file is created in the wrong directory due to a URL escaping issue:
C:\workspaces\Research\rio project\bin>rio-ui
Creating log file in C:\workspaces\Research\rio%20project\logs\rio-ui.log
This occurs with current SVN.
